Moccamaster Warranty (United Kingdom)
All Moccamaster coffee brewers — excluding glass decanters, thermal decanters, airpots, and spare parts — are warranted by Moccamaster Netherlands to be free from defects in materials and workmanship from the date of manufacture for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase of a new brewer.
If Moccamaster determines that your brewer is defective, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Any replacement product provided will carry the remaining warranty period of the original unit.
This warranty does not cover defects resulting from misuse, negligent handling, lack of descaling, failure to follow manufacturer’s instructions, modification, alteration, or unauthorised repair. Service by anyone other than an authorised Moccamaster service centre will automatically void this warranty.
Liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price. Claims for special, incidental, or consequential damages are excluded.
Unless otherwise stated, Moccamaster makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, regarding merchantability or fitness for purpose.
If you believe your brewer is defective, please return it to your place of purchase (within 30 days) or contact Moccabrewhaus Customer Service, the official UK distributor of Moccamaster.
Please retain your original sales receipt or invoice as proof of purchase for warranty claims.
