We accept major credit and debit cards, and other secure payment methods as shown at checkout.
-
Payment is taken when your order is placed.
-
We reserve the right to reject any transaction or cancel any order if fraud or error is suspected.
5. Order Process and Contract Formation
-
After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
-
A contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming dispatch of your order.
-
If we cannot accept your order (for example, because the product is out of stock or there is a pricing error), we will inform you and will not charge you.
6. Delivery
-
We deliver throughout the UK (mainland and Northern Ireland). For deliveries outside the UK, please contact us before ordering.
-
Delivery times are estimates only, but we will do our best to deliver within the stated period.
-
Risk passes to you once the goods are delivered to your address or a person authorised to accept them.
-
If you fail to take delivery, we may charge reasonable storage and re-delivery fees.
7. Click & Collect or Trade Orders (if applicable)
Where offered, click-and-collect and business orders are governed by these Terms together with any additional written terms provided at the time of order.

Use the model cancellation form we provide (upon request).
You must then:
-
Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us;
-
Ensure they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
You are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or proof of return, using your original payment method.
Exclusions
You cannot cancel if:
-
Goods are made to your specification or personalised;
-
Goods are sealed for hygiene reasons (e.g., cleaning products) and have been unsealed;

Goods have been mixed inseparably with others after delivery.
9. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or develops a fault within a reasonable time, please contact us immediately at [insert email].
We will:
-
Arrange repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015; and
-
Cover reasonable return postage if the item is confirmed faulty.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
10. Product Care and Warranty
-
Our products are manufactured to high standards and may carry a manufacturer’s warranty (details provided in product documentation).
-
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorised repairs, or failure to follow care instructions.
-
Always retain proof of purchase for warranty claims.
11. Ownership and Risk
Goods remain the property of Moccabrewhaus Ltd until full payment has been received.
Once delivered, you are responsible for their safekeeping and insurance.
12. Liability
-
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure to comply with these Terms or our negligence.
-
We are not liable for any business losses such as loss of profit, revenue, or goodwill.
-
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or misrepresentation.
-
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.
13. Events Beyond Our Control (Force Majeure)
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control — for example, strikes, supply-chain issues, extreme weather, or transport disruption.
We will contact you as soon as possible if such an event affects your order.
14. Complaints and Customer Service
If you have a complaint or concern, please contact us in writing at [insert email].
